Having fun in the snow!

Today the children had a double snow experience. Firstly this morning, when Mr Paul took them out tobogganing, which they thoroughly enjoyed. Even though it was rather icy, there was still plenty of snow available for having fun.
I was busy with the German class - their teacher couldn't go snowshoeing with them so I rashly volunteered. I spent the morning scrambling up and down slopes but the trouble was the children kept scrambling past me!
The highlight of the day was when the letters arrived - thank you! The children are looking forward to getting more!
Snow came this evening, so we hope to wake up in a snowdrift tomorrow morning.............
